By accessing or using JustBuys (justbuys.deals), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of Platform

JustBuys is an e-commerce marketplace operated by JustBuys Hub, Abuja, Nigeria. You may use the platform to browse, purchase products, list properties (with permission), and participate in our affiliate program.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use JustBuys
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices include applicable taxes. AliExpress product prices include free international shipping. JustBuys reserves the right to change prices without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment or selection of Pay on Delivery. JustBuys reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Affiliate Program

Affiliate commissions are earned on eligible digital product sales referred through your unique link. Commissions are paid within 24 hours of withdrawal request. JustBuys reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on JustBuys, including logos, text, images and software, is owned by JustBuys or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

JustBuys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
